1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ACTA Network services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ACTA Network P.S.A.

2. Description of Service

ACTA Network provides an encrypted document exchange platform designed for institutional use. The service enables authorized parties to transmit, receive, and store classified correspondence through secure, end-to-end encrypted channels.

3. Account Registration

To access the platform, you must register an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Prohibited activities include:

• Unauthorized access to other users' encrypted documents
• Interference with the operation of the platform
• Transmission of malicious software or harmful content
• Use of the platform for any illegal activity
• Attempting to circumvent encryption or security protocols

5. Data Protection

All documents transmitted through ACTA Network are encrypted using end-to-end encryption protocols. We do not have access to the contents of your encrypted documents. Metadata necessary for service operation is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR.

6. Intellectual Property

The ACTA Network platform, including its design, software, and documentation, is the intellectual property of ACTA Network P.S.A. You retain full ownership of all content transmitted through the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

ACTA Network P.S.A. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you during the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Krakow, Poland.
